Below are corrected proposals to be voted on at the opening day meeting.
Consider them carefully, discuss them with other members and be prepared to vote on opening day.
As was proposed at our year end meeting, a committee was
formed to address and present a recommendation for a league vote on a policy
for the senior tees as follows:
Discontinue use of the silver tees because they have not
been rated by the WVGA. Those 82 years and older, as well as those having a
handicap of 28 and higher will be eligible to use the red tees. All others will
use the white tees. If those under the age of 82 using the red tees have their handicaps fall to 23
or lower, they will be required to move to the white tees with no adjustment to
their handicap. Those seniors between the age of 75-82 who had their handicaps reduced when they elected to move to the silver tees will get an increase of their handicaps by 2 strokes until a new handicap is established from the white tees.

Below are two options for this year’s schedule please select
one of the two
Option A
Reduce the number of meals to 4 with four scrambles
occurring on those dates. As in past years there will be 4 proximity prizes
each league day. The prizes with this proposal will be 6 golf balls.
Option B
Have 5 meals with 5 scrambles on those dates and reduce the
proximity prizes to 3 golf balls.
